1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jili90.cam ("jili90", "we", "us", "our"), operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing, registering, or using the jili90 website, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and all account credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether authorized by you. You agree to notify jili90 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Account Verification

jili90 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws. You agree to provide government-issued identification (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and any additional documentation requested. Verification is required before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jili90 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from authorized Philippine banks including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Unionbank. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method. We reserve the right to modify accepted payment methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing fees at our discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your jili90 account within five to ten (5-10) seconds for e-wallet transactions and up to two (2) hours for bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times. jili90 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or network issues. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error, duplicate processing, or as otherwise required by law.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests and Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where feasible. Minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Withdrawals are subject to account verification completion and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. Standard processing time is thirty (30) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, though processing may be delayed for verification, security reviews, or during periods of high transaction volume. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits and Restrictions

Daily withdrawal limits are set based on account verification level and gaming history. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Two Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 200,000.00). 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the multiple of bonus amount that must be wagered on eligible games. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from service interruptions, delays, or unavailability.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jili90, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or Platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of jili90 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms or Platform use, you agree to first contact jili90 customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal legal proceedings. For disputes involving amounts less than Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 50,000.00), the parties agree to attempt mediation before proceeding to litigation.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your jili90 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, all pending bonuses and promotions will be forfeited. You must withdraw any remaining account balance before closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. Account closure does not release you from obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.

11.2 Termination by jili90

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse of services, or as required by law or regulatory directive. Upon termination by jili90, we will return any remaining account balance after deducting amounts owed to jili90, subject to our right to retain funds where fraud or material breach is established. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.

12. Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance

jili90 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) policies in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation, conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions, and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent use of the Platform for money laundering. Failure to comply with AML/CTF procedures or provision of false information may result in account closure and referral to authorities.

13. Privacy and Data Protection
